Called to discuss why I am frequently having to push the volume as high as it will go, and why my rechargeable hearing aids are not lasting through my usual 16-18-hour day. It turned out the problems are most likely due to full wax traps -- I had forgotten about them and was still using the original ones which were now more than 6 months old. Cranking the volume to its highest level draws more power from the batteries and uses them up more quickly. UPS brought new wax traps in a couple of days (no idea what became of the original supply) and, sure enough, I hear significantly better without increasing the volume. Too soon to tell if the battery problem is completely solved, but I'll be surprised if it isn't.

We love this company, hands down best place to get your hearing aids. First hearing aid we ever bought was the Phonak Marvel back in 2018, we got the aid very fast and with great programming for the audiogram we emailed them. Fast forward to last week when we contacted them about sending in her new audiogram. It was late. The next day we got a call from their representative and we had her new results uploaded, and new Paradise P90s ordered in less than 10 minutes. Emails were sent to us about every step of the way, and sent out within a couple days, once shipped we got them the next day, all in all was less than a week. We got an email about a phone call coming to set up an appointment for adjustments which is done over the phone, a few days later, about a weeks worth of wearing time, she was on the phone with Ryan tweaking things and going over some other things. This was by far SOOO much easier than I thought it was going to be. If Id known how easy it was, we would have made some adjustments on her first aid, but Ill admit we were a little intimidated by the process, Im glad we got over that. If youre having reservations about buying these here, even though the price is cheaper, DONT, buy them here and youll be quite happy I promise you, and I dont take these things lightly, or usually give written reviews. Everything here has been top notch so far.

My Phonak 90's will be 1 year old next month. My hearing must have slowly slipped during that time. I was having a bit of a time understanding speech. I called Direct Hearing. Two days later "Will Russell" was giving me a new hearing test. He then made the needed adjustments then and there, and i could understand once again. No charge, no grief, just results. I have been really impressed with Eric Huff at Direct Hearing. My audiologist recommended one hearing aid but Eric steered me to one that he personally liked better and that was cheaper. He was right. I demo'd both and the one he recommended was infinitely better. The purchase experience was quick and easy. The hearing aid arrived on time and as promised, and the follow-up tele visit to fine tune them was extremely easy. Ordering replacement domes was a very simple process and they arrived quickly. I have nothing but good things to say.
