Great company as far as I'm concerned! Ordered my Phonak Audeo Lumity L90 I ordered on Friday and received them the following week already programmed to my audiogram. Easy to connect to Android phone (*my research showed me that if your phone is an Android phone and you want to be able to use all of the hearing aids features then Phonak is the ONLY way to go until the next ver. of Bluetooth get incorporated*) and started enjoying hands free phone calls and streaming podcasts and music. I was checked on the next day by the crew at Direct Hearing, to make sure I was able to set everything up and to make an appointment for a hearing test and hearing aid fine tuning using the Phonak's App video call. My only issue at that time was that the RIC wires were a bit long and and I was told that the proper size was being shipped out immediately! They were! My experience has been absolutely awesome! Very happy with the service and with the hearing aids!

Direct hearing has been great.Really good price on my hearing aids.I did the on line hearing test with the Direct hearing app.The hearing aids came to my house in less than a week.They were programed according to my test.They sent the Signia app to my I phone for me to down load.The Signia app is amazing.They set up an appointment for me to talk with a hearing specialest as well.Direct hearing is the right place to get your hearing aids.

Great customer service, very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are unbeatable, wish I had found them a long time ago, I have purchased my hearing aids in the past from hearing aid stores locally and almost paid twice as much as I just paid for my new set.

The great service from Direct Hearing continues. The tuning session I had with Will Russell was excellent. I'm a pretty technical person, but the whole idea of remotely adjusting my hearing aids still blows me away. Will was friendly, knowledgable, and quite helpful. He initiated the call right on time, and took the time to answer every question I asked. The result? A definite improvement over the initial settings, and a happy customer. I couldn't ask for more.

How fortunate I’ve been to learn of Direct Hearing. I purchased Oticon hearing aids from them, and prompt arrival of them occurred. Trey was very helpful and answered numerous questions I had; he in Florida, me in California. I then received an appointment with Will Russell which took place exactly at the time scheduled. Will was obviously knowledgeable and very patient. With his assistance, tests were administered, adjustments were made and produced better hearing that I’ve had in a long time. A follow-up appointment has been made for further adjustments, if necessary. I recommend Direct Hearing, it’s employees and experts, without hesitation.
