I was of course cautious about purchasing hearing aids on line. I could not understand how a reputable company could sell them at so low a price, so I researched Direct Hearing to the best of my ability. Following my purchase, the hearing aids arrived in 3 days. I received comprehensive information about how to use them and prompt follow-up. They were correctly programmed out of the box based on my audiogram. I have only had my hearing aids for a few days, but thus far the company seems to be providing outstanding customer service and is easily accessible for questions. At this point I am extremely impressed.

Had the pleasure of a remote fitting with Ryan of Direct Hearing today. He was great! He linked into my hearing aid (Widex Moment), ran diagnostics, corrected a problem I was having with the ear piece, and improved the device performance. I'm impressed with the Customer Service I've received, both from Ryan and from Trey, who handled the sale. A review of the aid will come later once I've had ample time to evaluate its performance.
