As I was shopping around around for hearing aid devices, and the price with Direct Hearing was very competiitive. Ordering was easy and everything went great. Then came the customer service for the intial set-up.... Will (my csr) was outstanding. He made this situation great!

Did my research after going to my local ENT Specialist. Needed hearing aids and was going to purchase through them at a cost of about $6k. After looking I thought this is too good to be true. I could pay half of what I would have to pay at the ENT. Reviewed all the reports and reviews. Finally called and spoke to Trey. Made the leap of faith and in 5-days I had my new premium hearing aids. So glad I found this company.

Ordering online was easy. Ordered on the 17th and the hearing aids arrived on the 23rd (20th was a postal holiday). Trey and Ryan answered all my questions and sent me useful links to tutorials and user manual.

They were so cooperative and willing to help me demo multiple hearing aids to find the best fit. Generous, cooperative, great pricing, prompt shipping. There's nothing to not like!
