Evaluating my audiograph, recommending best hearing aid, shipping within 4 days, secure packaging, receiving a working hearing aid, scheduling a remote tuning appt. Every step along that process was handled professionally with great courtesy!

So far my experience with Direct Hearing has been amazing. They beat the price of my local audiolgist by more than 50%. Direct Hearing's service and communication has been great. Will did an excellent job of digitally setting up my hearing aids using remote support technology with video conferencing. There is no longer any need to pay double to the local hearing aid store. I am very happy.
