I have worn hearing aids for the last 12 years. In NY the cost is through the roof! I found Direct Hearing based on an internet search for a Bluetooth model that would be discreet and powerful. 1. The cost was half what I paid over the last 12 years. 2. The fitting and adjustments were comparable to being in an office. Will was patient and took the time to ensure my devices were set to the levels I needed. An excellent experience. Thank you!

I have been wearing hearing aids for more than four years. My old ones died and I needed to replace them. I got the 2023 version of my previous pair for a fraction of the price that I paid four years ago. Also the customer service was beyond my expectations. The tele-visit with Michael was actually more attentive than the in-person adjustment I had with my previous pair.

I was pretty apprehensive at first -- never owned a hearing aid, didn't know anything about the various companies, and didn't know anything about "Direct Hearing." In this world of virtual business interactions, I placed my order expecting the kind of personal contact someone would get from a mail-order house in China. I couldn't have been more wrong. The hearing aids arrived in a very few days; the scheduling for adjustments was quick, and Will Russell was most competent and friendly in conducting the various adjustments needed. 5+ stars all around
