I'm a first time hearing aid wearer. Nothing but good things to say about Direct Hearing. Cost is half that of a brick and mortar place. Service is unbeatable as adjustment are done right at home and with lifetime support. They sent all the supplies I need for years to come and have a 3 year waranty. The company has been so helpful and most importantly available to help with any questions. They are prompt to reply to initial requests and follow up with technical help. There is no push back attitude or overall indifference that I find with most support help with businesses. So far great and the product is excellent. I struggled with Costco hearing aids and support for 5 months. I was made to feel like i was at fault for generating the wax in my ears which was the only explanation I was given for troubleshooting

I got a sound assist from Widex and my 330 would not work, was advised from Widex application support that I needed a firmware upgrade , IE re-install , Will at Directhearing did the update and now my sound assist works great . Thank you Will and Directhearing yet again you guys are just great .
