Incredible service & prices. I loved the experience & I feel comfortable recommending them to my friends.

Everything from the website, initial contact, purchase and tuning the hearing aids was outstanding! Won’t ever use anyone else.

Excellent thorough and personal testing and review of my new hearing aids. I am in good hands Alan Graf

Excellent customer service, Will and everyone I’ve dealt with have been very helpful and professional.

Trey Peach worked with me in ordering a hearing aid charger. I could not ask for better service.

Excellent and professional service. Great job!

Will was so helpful and patient. His adjustment was perfect. This online service is just so much more convenient than having to make appointments with a local provider. Great experience in my second year as a client.

I have known I had a hearing loss for some time now but was reluctant to spend the outrageous cost of the aids my audiologist was charging. Direct Hearing had an improved model at less than half the cost so I finally took the plunge. Will helped me with the set-up and answered all my questions. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you Direct Hearing.
