I had a great experience with Direct Hearing. First on the sales side Trey was great, he answered the questions I had and made sure my hearing aids programmed correctly and shipped quickly. Will followed up a week later to answer any questions and make the necessary adjustments. It's amazing how the app allows the tech to test and adjust my hearing aids remotely.
