Direct Hearing is a great company to work with. They have the best pricing and wonderful service. I ordered Widex Moment 440 hearing aids on July 27th and received them on August 1. I paid an additional $ 65 for next-day delivery once they programmed them. Ryan was a great help in the entire process from answering any and all concerns. I have a follow-up phone conversation next week to fine-tune them.

So far my microphone seems to be working ok. I’m still trying to make it so I can hear everyone at the family table on our Sunday gathering. If I hang it on someone’s neck, every time they more it makes crackling noises. Still have things to workout.

Absolutely outstanding service! Above and beyond follow-up and communication. They have to be the best value in hearing aids. I think they're the most impressive company I deal with in any industry. I plan on being a loyal customer forever.

I agree with the above comments. They have been extremely helpful and easy to work with. I was concerned about the remote process but Will made it painless. I highly recommend them.
