Amazingly easy. Online hearing test and over the phone adjustments to the hearing aids is so simple.

The whole process from uploading my hearing test to the purchase of my hearing aids to the customer service to the initial fitting and setup with Will was off the charts great! I was worried that paying so much less would result in poor service. I couldn't have been more wrong. Their whole team far exceed any expectations that had. If you are considering buying hearing aids online, I would use Direct Hearing!

My hearing loss is not that severe but it is coupled with tinnitus. The recommendation from my audiologist was to get hearing aids to prevent further loss and to hopefully make the tinnitus less of a problem. I was also aware that hearing loss goes hand-in-hand with dementia, so... However, the cost of the hearing aids through the audiologist's office was $7100 which made the purchase out of the question. I did my due diligence and researched online hearing companies and I decided to purchase them through Direct Hearing after speaking to Mike. Oh, the cost? I paid $3149 for the exact same ones at the audiologist's office! The first online appointment had to be rescheduled as my phone was having trouble connecting. After several attempts, Ryan sent me a Noah link in the mail and we were able to connect the next week with no problems at all. I am very pleased with the knowledgeable staff at Direct Hearing and Ryan's response time is excellent when I have questions or concerns.

My appointment with Will was outstanding. Being able to have a remote audiology session with hear aid adjustment at home was truly an amazing experience.

I saved over $3,000 on a pair of Widex Moment hearing aids (compared to what would have paid if bought through my audiologist)! They arrived in a few days, and included the “remote link” device which allows remote testing and adjustments by the Direct Hearing audiologist. I just had my remote appointment with Ryan and I’m very satisfied with the experience! He added programs and answered all my questions. Overall a great experience.

Great support long story, ups lost the device finally a good Samaritan saw what it was and got it delivered to my address, it took 2 months from the date 1 bought the device to finally receiving it and getting it configured,always has communication with sales and support form Direct hearing staff ,highly recommend to work with this guy's

I tried another company earlier this summer. Service was difficult then non-existent. Ryan at Direct Hearing was great, easy to talk to, and I’m almost certain my Phonaks are perfectly adjusted in one visit. Crazy great price for top-of-the line hearing aids too.

I was so nervous about buying these as they were 1/2 of the cost of what the audiologist recommended for my wife. Before we met with Will, the could not wear them because of feedback in one ear. So I had my doubts as to whether this would work But it was just like going to the store, He programmed them just as if we were sitting in front of him.Afterwards we watched a quick TV show and she said it was so much better than her old hearing aids. The follow-through has been terrific.
