My experience with Direct Hearing has been great. I’m a first time hearing aid wearer. I had no idea what to expect. My dealings during the purchasing phase was handled professionally and delivery was as and when promised. After delivery I had my first online session with my hearing professional, Will. Easy to follow, while walking through the app and my hearing aids. Very helpful. My 2nd session was about 2 months later because I was having a problem with one of my hearing aids. Will, suggested what he thought the problem was, which proved to be correct. It’s very nice to have a knowledgeable person that can help you out when needed. Thank You

Just had my first session with Will. First, he gave me a hearing test to check the programming against the hearing test results I sent. With slight tweaks that was fine , then he made some additional tweaks to volume , wind noise, restaurant programs, etc. Finally he adapted the tap assistance to allow me to easily pause and restart streamed music. All in all very pleased with my first telephonic visit.

I had a very good experience with this company. The staff was very helpful. The ordering process was easy. Delivery was fast. I would recommend this company. When it's time for my next set of hearing aids I will be buying them here.

Having checked 3 online and 1 local hearing aid provider for my husband's 3rd set of hearing aids, I chose Discount Daily Hearing based on price and other online reviews. The hearing aids arrived ahead of the projected time, they were as ordered, and programmed as promised. The first fitting was seamless (Ryan is the best) . Ryan, thank you for your part in delivering a truly astounding hearing aid. I knew the Phonak P90 life aids were going to be a step up from my old Starkey aids but truthfully I had no idea how much better. This purchase has transformed my life from sitting in the quiet talking to one for fear that I will misunderstand the conversation, to now being confident that I not only hear and understand but can participate in conversations. The sound quality of these aids have me hearing sounds that were completely gone from me for years. To hear birds 🐦, crickets, running water, vehicles traveling on the road and conversations in perfect clarity is simply eye watering happiness! But that's just the beginning.... I soon discovered that my music had come back to life in such a dynamic way! Being able to hear and follow different instruments and hear high pitches again is flabbergasting. I own Samsung ear buds but don't use them any more because Phonak has totally out done them! I don't even have to decide between music and conversations now because Phonak's AI is so advanced I can do both at the same time and master both sounds! I walk a lot, (over 1K so far this year) and Phonak goes everywhere I go, playing my music and bringing outdoor sounds to me at the same time. It has taken me a good while to learn how to ignore sounds I don't want to concentrate on but what a great problem to have after many years of hearing little. Holy Molly these aids just don't quit! I sweat a lot walking and the old Starkey's would quit so quickly I couldn't take them with me but these Phonak's haven't bocked at all. I have done a reset a few times due to inconsistent BT connections but 99% of the time they are trouble free! I went from being disabled to being impowered. How many people can carry on a group conversation while listening to calming music? 😊 By the way, relaxing in the bathtub while listening to Vivaldi, Paganini or Cello music is simply amazing. Once again, thank you and your team for making these aids affordable and providing a legendary service. Your company is helping many people that the box stores only want to rip off. The only thing I should get for these aids are a few more small power domes in case these tear or deform but so far, all is going well. Sincerely Mike Duncan
