I did a fair amount of research before I chose a brand and a company to purchase my first pair of hearing aids. There are lots of choices and the idea of an online vendor was a little concerning at first. Direct Hearing was my choice based on price, availability and proposed service. I was not disappointed. Wills from Direct Hearing did a great job of doing a finer adjustments based on my feedback. Wills could appreciate my problem well and for the first time I feel inclusive in a conversation. I feel comfortable to work with wills while adjusting.

Hearing aides came as told . Date and time for fitting was right on time .

I do not live in the US and needed hearing shipped to a US address to be brought to Costa Rica. Ryan was extremely helpful in expediting the order to ensure they reached their destination in time. Thank you Ryan. I had talked to other companies but none of them offered the level of service or the pricing for hearing aids.
