So far I’m amazed! They have outstanding deals on their website (and let’s be honest hearing aids are very expensive). You can communicate with them via text messages and emails and they are VERY responsive! This is so comfortable for people with hearing disability like myself. Trey Peach was fast, effective and to the point! Knowledgeable person! Made this whole process a pleasure! You can use a few payments methods as well so that is just so thoughtful! They also accept Care Credit! Yey! Cannot wait to receive my hearing aids soon!

Wonderful customer service. My 1st appointment was over the Phonak App. The service manager, Ryan, took his time with me and answered all my questions. After this experience, I am confident that, given a few adjustments to my hearing aids over the next few weeks, I'll be hearing better than ever.

Will spent a lot of time with me. He set up the computer and walked me through the hearing test and adjustments. His knowledge was superb and extensive. Great patience. Great product.
