You need to get your hearing aids from Direct Hearing. The follow through service is excellent and I saved $2000 by going through this company. I was worried about not being able to go into an office for the initial adjustment but Will did it remotely. It was easy, so helpful and just as good (if not better) than going through an audiology office. I can’t recommend them ( and Will) enough! I’d do 10 stars if I could!

Very fast response to questions, as well as very fast shipping. They shipped my hearing aids out 2 days after I ordered them. They quickly followed up with a video call to "fine tune" them. Compared to working with an audiologist office (which I did last time) it was a nearly miraculous short time from ordering to having my hearing aids perfectly adjusted. And needless to say, their prices are unbeatable.
