The Phonak hearing aids are incredible and the techs at Direct Hearing are great. They have me comfortably hearing properly where my old hearing aids where doing nothing but screeching at me after a local tech tried making 4 year old Resound hearing work with my worsening hearing loss. Direct Hearings customer support is wonderful. I call and a person direct answers and helps me thru my needs for parts.

Although the particular hearing aids I purchased did not work out for me and I had to return them, I will definitely be contacting Direct Hearing for a different pair. Their service technician, Geza, was very helpful and understanding during my trial period. I highly recommend this company.

It's early days, but so far I am thrilled with the price, professionalism and support I have received from Hearing Direct. I got the aids I wanted at a great price and anticipate that ongoing support will live up to expectations. They have experienced people to support you with actual industry/manufacturer experience in some cases. No one in my region sells the brand of HA I wanted, so I was looking at 8 hours round trip to go to a physical location. If you are comfortable with "tech," video calls, and educating yourself to a degree on features and functionality, I found the process to be relatively painless. Each person's situation is different, but I am very happy.
