I purchased my hearing aids from you for several reasons, great service and support I received from your firm on my previous hearing aids, a great price and was under the assumption you shipped via FedEx (at least last time you did). You got them shipped in 7 days, but you seemed to have chosen the least reliable and slowest method for shipping, USPS. Took an additional 7 days to receive them

Direct Hearing is a great site for get a great deal on hearing aids. The website is easy to use and made my shopping choice easy and their prices are unbeatable! The customer service was great and answered my questions. The fitting and fine tuning of the hearing aids is not the best experience. So I am making a appointment with my audiologist and get these squared away so they work like they should.

My Paradiso hearing aids are still great, and now I have extra filters and domes. With the help of online audiologists I can use different programs, and how well I hear can be tested (I still have some trouble with consonants.) Response time for the audiologist - a week to return an email - could be a bit shorter!

I love my new hearing aids! They're far better than any others I've ever had. The only problem I had was that when they were set up (on zoom) to connect with my phone, somehow all my phone contacts were erased, and it's been difficult to retrieve them. Otherwise, it's been good. Thank you

Very efficient and fast service and great price

With the severe hearing loss I have, from start to the arrival and into the programming of the hearing aids has been great. Still getting used to them as I’ve only had these a couple of weeks. So far so good. The staff has been great to work with. From emails, phone calls and texts, top notch service.

Helpful and prompt

Everything was great except when I got an email from Direct Hearing that they needed my hearing test results. I had done their test online and submitted it through their site as well as when I placed my order. Not sure why they didn't have it when I sent it 2 different ways. I was pleased that after I sent it the 3rd time I received an email shortly after that my hearing aids had shipped.
