I was very impressed when I was discouraged from buying a new hearing aid which obviously would be more profitable for them but I was told instead to make adjustments and small repairs that would work as well as a new set of hearing aids. I have made some of the adjustments not all and there has been an improvement in the performance of my old hearing aid. I may still wind up trying a new model hearing aid I haven't tried all the adjustments so it may turn out that I'm just happy with the old set. In any case I appreciate very much that they were more concerned with helping me in the best way possible rather than just trying to sell another hearing Aid.

I did a ton of research on options/ hearing aid companies. As a novice user, I worried about buying through an online firm, but I wanted a specific brand and model of hearing aid, and could not find a bricks and mortar provider within a 4 hour radius to consult. Now, even if I had that option, I would choose (and recommend) Direct Hearing without hesitation. I was treated with courtesy and concern from sales to support. They have a generous trial period, excellent followup, and extremely capable support staff and technical personnel. I was a little anxious about the video call/fitting of my aids, but it was a breeze. My aids are amazing and I love them. Direct Hearing offers some of the best brands and models of hearing aids you will find anywhere, and at a great price point (along with insurance, warranty repair, free consumables, etc.). This brings the cost of high end aids within reach of the average person. I honestly could not be happier with the final result. This company is a true standout in its field. The business model is great and so are the people! Special shout out to T, B & G, the sales, support and tech staff who made this such a positive experience.

My Signia Stylettos are the third pair of hearing aids, but this is the first time I've purchased a pair online. I purchased from Direct Hearing primarily because I was able to $2500 over the national average cost for the pair I selected. The whole process from purchase through remote fine-tuning of the settings was incredibly easy and convenient. Kudos to Taylor for following-up to make sure I was satisfied with the performance of my new aids.

Direct Hearing was great to work with. They always answer the phone in a reasonable amount of time. Both the audiologists and the sales staff were very knowledgeable, cheerful, and helpful!
