Even though I had many questions about the remote fitting appointment, Bobbi was wonderful and patient with me. Also saved me a bunch of money by not having to go to my hearing center for the calibration.

the amount of contact and check in's to make sure things are going well. I got a go charger that was not working and without question they sent me a new one. they make you feel like you matter and they are concerned about your hearing.

Got exactly what I ordered. No fuss. Smooth purchase. I was pretty nervous to order hearing aids that were 1/3 of the price that my audiologist was charging. But they were exactly the same model. I did get them fitted by another local audiologist for a small fee. Totally worth the 4k savings.
