The hearing aids that I ordered were not the ones I needed. They took then back without question. I needed more powerful aids for profound hearing loss. They helped me with that and went out of their way to get the proper ear moulds. I have not received my new hearing aids yet but they will be coming after they receive the correct hearing aids.

I recently met with an audiologist at a highly respected university hospital clinic and was prescribed Phonak Audio L70-R aids. I was offered a contract for the devices, the evaluation, and 1 year of service for a price of $5,100. I would have to wait approx. 1 month for the aids to arrive and be fitted in person. The standard trial period, warranty and coverage were included. there would be additional charges for domes, wax traps, etc. Taken aback by the price, I went online to explore options and found Direct Hearing.
