I spent weeks researching the right price and company. I finally found Direct Hearing and have not been disappointed. Communication is excellent, the product is top-notch, and they have followed through as promised. My devices came pre-programmed with my audiogram results, and I'm in line for the last fine-tuning. You don't need to go to the high-end websites that promise more and charge more but don't really offer more value.

So far, I'm impressed with the service and online support, including the adjustments to the aids, plus quick and knowledgeable answers to my questions about setting up Bluetooth for my Samsung TV. I Iis also great having an extra year of warranty.
