It took over a week before order shipped, over two weeks to get order. Need to speed up process

I paid for the hearing aids 26 days ago they were supposed to be delivered by 14 days or sooner. When I called they said by 14 working days. Well that time frame didn’t workout either. When I called after 18 days, as always they were very courteous but never followed through on the delivery. What this tells a buyer is they do not have the aids in stock & are unable to obtain them in a timely manner. There is no immediacy when you are charged when the order is placed. After 26 days the aids arrived in perfect order. There were follow up calls & service provided to dial in the settings. They also provided several types & styles of ear pieces which helps ensuring the best hear capability & comfort. Note: if delivery were timely they would get 5 stars.

One of my hearing aids failed after 3 weeks and I have been trying to arrange for it to be repaired/replaced for 3 days. The rep says they need direction from their supervisor for how to handle this issue. Being a Phonak reseller I would have thought these processes would have been established long ago. Still waiting to hear back...no good

Expecting a faster delivery paying for urgent deliveries and it was delivered after the initial estimation . Also, I didn't have the opportunity in the site to inform the size of receptor (no field to inform) and I got the product with short receptor and less power that I needed.

My hearing aids is not working as it should and as expected.

Everything was fine and I received the new hearing aids and they did work better than my old ones. BUT for their final adjustment one needs to have a Windows computer and that you cannot do the adjustment with a Macintosh. I most of my friends and neighbors have Macs. To avoid the $350 charge I sent you back the adjustment kit. So the new HAs without this adjustment are not performing as well as them could. As an example when listening to classical music have an echo or some feedback. I have received a call from a "Direct Hearing" representative offering to fine tune the HAs if send them to their office in Florida. I may take them up on this offer. Still relying on only in Windows computers and not addressing the Macintosh computers is a disadvantage. Vasilis Riginos

I bought my hearing aids in June 2020. They were rechargeable. In Feb 2022 the left hearing would not hold a charge. It was fixed under warranty. July 2022 the left hearing aid was totally dead. I was shipped a loner pair while my went to the factory for replacement. They were shipped UPS ground, were temporarily lost by UPS and took 8 days to arrive (not Direct Hearings fault). When I let Direct Hearing know I asked them why they didn't send by second day delivery and I was told it wasn't cost effective. I sent my hearing aids to the factory and the prepaid label was for over night by Fedex. Direct Hearing received my new hearing aids 8/5 and shipped them 2 me again by UPS ground, expected delivery 8/10. I guess cost is more important than customer satisfaction. I will be 3 weeks if I get them on 8/10. Having spent $4K for these hearing aids you would think that forking over for 2nd day would be doable.

I am sorry to hear that Eric has left the company. He was the reason I bought from Direct Hearing…He was the best!!! Now when I call, I don’t get the attention that I got with Eric. I would say that their customer service has become much worse. Tom
