They shipped the wrong product, made no effort to expedite the exchange for correct product. Overall, I found this company too difficult to do business with and eventually cancelled the order. They don't seem to be much interested in actual customer service after the sale.

Poor delivery. Can’t track. You make us get a Shop app that asks for all kinds of personal info and is a pain. Because I never had any delivery info I went to Smazon and got the charger in 2 days instead of 3 weeks from you. I will never buy new heating aids from you again.

I requested new large ear domes in two different shapes. I submitted a photo of the two types clearly showing the size. I paid $15 for shipping for less than an ounce of material. What arrived were tiny dome of absolutely no use. I phoned twice and left messages and nobody returned my calls.

Avoid them! They use every means possible to avoid refunding your money if you decide to return the hearing aids. Returned hearing aids within the 60 day limit for refund & they received them (documented). They instead sent them back which we will refuse. Like with many other customers’ experience, they won’t give us our money back. Typical of their ways, in their response to our review, they claim we did not return them in the 60 day trial period which is an explicit falsehood as we have documentation of their receipt of the return well within the 60 day time period (Received in July, returned in August!)

We do want to clarify that our return policy requires hearing aids to be received back within 60 days of delivery in order to qualify for a refund. In this case, the package was delayed in being sent back, which is why we were unable to process the refund.

Waiting over 2 weeks for a Widex replacement wire to fix one of my hearing aids. Apparently out of stock at Direct Hearing and they are ordering to replenish. However have been without hearing one of my hearing aids for over two weeks now with still no idea when I will get replacement wire. This is totally unacceptable. I was going to buy a new backup set of Widex hearing aids from direct Hearing but now I will look elsewhere.
