I received my HAs as promised, ON time. Few days later I received a call to schedule a Telecare with a gentleman named Tayler. This person has the patience like no other. Professional, best attitude, respectful, he explained beautifully how the fitting process works and finally adjusted my HA to my Test Results and satisfaction.

I've never used Hearing aids before. I'm a music lover with high frequency hearing loss, and decided to purchase the highly regarded Widex Moment SmartRIC hearing aids that most musicians seem to prefer for their accuracy and sound quality. Instead of the $7000 cost through the audiologist, I purchased them for a little over 1/3rd that price through Direct Hearing. Consulting with customer service was informative and friendly. After they arrived the hearing aids seem to perform well out of the box - I'm now hearing cymbals, flutes, and violins like when I was much younger! I was surprised and pleased to discover the purchase includes lifetime follow-up care and service which hopefully will fine-tune them to perform even better as time goes by.

Honestly, I was a bit nervous about purchasing my hearing aids online, but I went for it and did just that. My hearing aids came when Direct Hearing told me they would, and it was over the Christmas holiday too. Then I was nervous about having them adjusted over the wifi. Well, worry no more! Will was great! He listened to me, made adjustments, and spoke to me with COMPLETE knowledge about my hearing aids, and I couldn't be happier. If you're apprehensive like I was, just give them a try. You'll save a lot of money and get great service.
