I upgraded from Phonak Audéo Marvel 70 to Phonak Audéo Sphere Infinio I90. I saved over 50% of the cost from a local hearing aid provider, that's why I went with Direct Hearing. When I purchaced my Hearing Aids they provided me with links to videos on how to set them up. I had my hearing aids in just over a week, programmed to my Audiogram. I had a call from Direct Hearing a few days after I received my Hearing Aids and they set me up for my first adjustment. The only problem I had with the new aids was tap control wasn't enabled. After the first remote adjustment session the tap control was enabled and I was happy. I Love my new Hearing Aids. I did my research upfront on what Hearing Aids I purchased and where I purchased them. At this point I am happy with Direct Hearing and I would buy from them again. I'll write an update if anything changes

Great prices, great equipment and good service in setup and continued commitment to the product through it's life . I have been using direct hearing for almost 3+ years and getting a programming change is easy and just a call away . New equipment doesn't break the bank , yes it's not cheap but consider what you pay at most places it's a great price .

I’m very impressed with Direct Hearing. The communication has been great and Bobbi let me know exactly what to expect through the entire process. Direct Hearing did a great job of programming my new hearing aids. After I wore the hearing aids for a week, I had an online appointment with Will who did an impressive job of tuning them up and answering all my questions. I highly recommend Direct Hearing.
