I had a positive experience with Direct Hearing: Price was as listed on the web, I was able to speak to a person on two separate occasions when I needed help, and in both cases they went the extra mile to make things work well. Nicely done!

Fast and knowledgable service. Great pricing. This was my second pair of aids. I had the first pair for 5 years and they serviced them well by phone

The customer service and support as you order and set up your hearing aids is superb. I was skeptical initially on the ability to set up the hearing aids remotely but it seemed to work.
