It was so easy a phone call. I called and gave my name and was immediately connected to a friendly and informed sales person who reviewed my file and together we came up with an upgrade to my present aids. The aids arrived safely and I was hooked up early the next day with the specialist. I am very pleased with the service I received and the reasonable price I paid.
