Very pleased with Direct Hearings customer service. I was concerned about how the customer service would be as it isn't based in a brick and mortar store but have been pleased with the responsiveness and thouroghness of customer service. I love my hearing aideswhich are the best I've ever had.

Missed our first appointment because company had my phone number wrong but we got connected and the setup meeting went great. Will fine tuned my hearing aids to my specific needs and so far they are great. Another meeting in two weeks to refine even more.

So far, absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Very helpful, courteous and professional personnel coupled with fast service and very reasonable prices. My questions were answered quickly and adequately. Outstanding in all the ways covered above when compared to my local audiologist. I would (and have) recommend Direct Hearing for purchase of hearing aids.
