Hearing needs did not work out. I had to get a refund onto my card. I called to confirm he said that it’s refunded and a month later I’m getting billed from my credit card. I had to file a claim on my credit card. Please look into it still charged on there.

Improve your service!!! I purchased 3 weeks ago. I spoke with a person 1 week later just because I complained!! I can't use the hearing aids due to no service. Your service reps are good about changing appointments not keeping them!

I had a very frustrating experience with Direct Hearing. They sent me a Noahlink Wireless Programmer but never informed me that it only works with a PC. I use a Mac, so I was unable to program the hearing aids at all. This was never clearly explained before I made the purchase. Because of this, I wasted months trying to figure it out—from November until March 30—without being able to properly use the hearing aids. On top of that, they did not provide a return label when I needed to send the items back, which made the process even more inconvenient. Although I eventually received a refund, the entire experience wasted a lot of my time and caused unnecessary stress. Overall, I would not recommend based on my experience.

I started the process of sending in a hearing aid for repair in December 2025. Now in mid-March 2026, I still don't have it back. I was told it was lost and they would be sending a new one but this has been going on for 3 weeks. Direct Hearing doesn't appear to follow up on their process.

I have been completely disappointed with directhearing.com. The customer service has been extremely poor. 1) From the hearing aid shipment being delayed by at least three weeks (they later claimed the problem was that i didn't send my hearing exam - I later showed email proof it was sent the same day I paid), 2) canceling initial adjustment appointments, and no follow up, 3) refusing to honor the hearing aid return due to the time delay that was their fault, 4) sending a hearing aid product that needed a new receiver, 5) not sending enough tips to determine what I needed to buy going forward (nor labeling the ones sent), and 6) not being up front about the type of hearing loss I have before purchase that I may need a molded ear piece if the aids don't work as designed. As other reviews, I feel like this company may be run by a couple guys or gals working out of their basement who haven't gotten their customer service figured out. They are constantly calling and reaching out to you to buy the product, and then after you purchase, they scatter. The concept is great and others may be happy, but my experience has been terrible. My biggest worry is that they won't stand behind a future problem based on my experience.

Have been patiently waiting for my hearing aid which was paid for almost 3-months ago to arrive. Emails and voicemails no longer are being answered. Do not use this company. I’m filing a claim with my credit card to get my $1,700 back

Never received the shipment nor even a tracking information for the ear pieces and ear wax insert.
