Biggest problem was sending the wrong charger for the new hearing aids. They did over night the correct charger. However, because it was over the weekend, it took 3 nights to get here.

I received earphones and service according you promised in the website. Excellent new technology applied to Infinio sphere device.

I got lucky and the repaired hearing aids arrived just a few hours before I was to leave on vacation, so everything worked out. The repair is good. Thanks! Jerry

Direct Hearing offers good product quality at a reasonable price. My only issue was with customer service. When I needed to resolve an error with my order, I was repeatedly disconnected during phone transfers and could not reach anyone for several days, which was very frustrating. I eventually received help through email. Because of that experience, I gave them 4 out of 5 stars.

This is the best hearing aid I have purchased over the last 10 years. It still has a way to go but the speech recognition is greatly improved over others and the other noise continues to be a major problem and it would be nice if you had another microphone that was more consumer priced instead of the Rogers for conferences and meetings, etc.

Not sure which purchase is being inquired about here. So…. 1) hearing aid purchase through Trey was EASY and painless. Great guy, great help. 2). Order for #4 wires - longer than the 3s they came with - was wrong. Got a 4R and a 3R wire. 3). Correction order for wires is pending, due in 5/5. Today is 5/4.

Good products and good service but hearing adjustments could be better.
