Making me go and may another few hundred and wait for appt and drive 30 miles to make program adjustment on new hearing aids after I spent $500 for the hearing tests I sent you and then $4k for the aids is total BS! You should be able to just adjust the footsteps and metal and crinkle paper sounds I hear without all that. Also, I paid up because I am a musician. There are not clear at all!! Before purchase service was amazing. They day they arrived not one person will spend 10 seconds on phone. All I get is form msg: go see a audiologist. THis is not what was promised and I will make sure my 10,000 followers know it!

It was over a week from the time it was order until it was shipped, that was after I called them. The first time I call i was put on hold, they said they would call back but didn't!

The hearing otologist, Taylor, was not friendly and seemed very put out with me. He did not complete the blue tooth pairing and told me to call a connectivity agent which I did. The connectivity agent said that the Widex Allure had an update that Taylor should have known about and that he had to update so that hearing aides could be paired with my phone. I have called twice asking that I be called back with no return calls. To have paid $3,500 for hearing aides and be given this kind of treatment is not good on Direct Hearing customer service personnel. Rich

No follow up for training

App for the hearing aid is not supported by my Android phone. Can't adjust my hearing aid. App for remote adjustments is not even available for download for my phone. I should have been alerted to this when I was talking with sales. Complete waste of time. Returning hearing aid. Sales was great when I ordered but did not respond when I had questions or needed suggestions for a new hearing aid that was compatible.

Your shipping left a lot to be desired. In effect there was virtually no protection provided by the packaging. I suspect the manufacturer would have a few words to say about this if they saw it . Inexcusable really

Complete lack of follow-up from customer care team. I’ve sent two emails and left two voicemail messages regarding the poor performance of my Widex hearing aids after the last remote programming by a Direct Hearing Representative As of today, I’ve not received any response to my messages
