I love my phonak hearing aids. Especially the hands free or the phone. The only problem I'm having is I'm not sure the part that goes in my ear is the right size and can't find the original pieces to choose the correct size. I was hoping someone could send me a new set so I can adjust the size. Also customer service meaning Eric Huff is always there for me. Bonnie Friedman

Direct Hearing was quick to notice some discrepancies in my order. My order was finally cancelled when I was told that you do not ship overseas, and a refund was made with 7 working days. I rate that response 5 star. Overall I would rate Direct Hearing 4 star since it allowed the order to be placed by accepting data of shipping address when you don't ship overseas.

For your part, you guys did excellent. Per the tracking report, The product left you guys in Melbourne went to Orlando, Macon Ga. And was at Main Post Office Atlanta, about two miles from final destination, on the second day. All normal postal procedure. But it sat at MPO nearly a week, before moving out to network distribution center 25 miles across town. It was then delivered sometime later. As I said you guys did perfect. USPS has problems right about now.

Eric Huff made purchasing my PHONAK P90 hearing aids a simple process. I took my hearing test on line and responded to the tones I heard just like I have done over the years in a sound proof booth. My P90’s were delivered to me in a timely manner as promised. I am delighted with them.
