I have been wearing hearing aids for over 50 years. I had always bought hearing aids through an audiologist. I was skeptical of ordering online but Direct Hearing was really great to work with. My daughter whom also is hearing impaired paid over $6,000 for a pair of top line hearing aids. I was able to get better hearing hearing aids for half that price through Direct Hearing. So far I am really happy with my new hearing aids & the quality of service I have received.

I had purchased same hearing aids from a local vendor who also provided support. After a couple of weeks I returned them to the vendor because they were not interested in helping. I purchased the same hearing aids from Direct Hearing. I have had (2) on line sessions for help since. Both sessions have been outstanding. The issues were resolved in a professional fashion, quickly. I could not be more pleased.
