The Signia Hearing Aids were tricky to get programmed and synced but Direct Hearing's Customer Support was fantastic, they were very patient with the process.

2021 I can't say enough about how great Eric has been. I was faced with a 6000.00 bill at my local audiologist. I went online and found direct hearing used paypal and have never been happier. great service too. They answer the phone too. I’m very happy with everything. The price for the hearings aids was less than half charged by local audiologists. Customer service has been off-the-charts great and I received the hearings sooner than expected.

So far I am very pleased with my experience with Eric and Direct Hearing. The price was less than it would have been through my Medicare Advantage plan, and the delivery was quicker than expected. The changes made today in my first adjustment session dramatically improved my hearing from that which it was when the aids were received. It was very convenient to make the changes at home versus travelling to an audiologist's office. I have found Eric friendly and responsive and he definitely wants to do everything he can to optimize my hearing. I do find him a little rushed and he did make a program change I did not request but it is not an issue now and can be modified in a future session if necessary. Keep up the great work Eric!

I purchased hearing aids but was not satisfied with them. Direct Hearing offered to connect me with a specialist to adjust hearing aids remotely. I decided to go with another more familiar brand instead. Customer service facilitated the exchange of the aids for another brand. Direct Hearing does offer very competitive pricing, was unable to find the hearing aids I choose at a lower price. Although next provider was only $100 more. Other providers offer same hearing aids at substantially higher price.

I am 80yrs old and would like to share with you my experience with Direct Hearing. I needed a good pair of hearing aids but could not afford what they were selling for at my local audiologist or Costco. Direct Hearing had the best price for Phonak hearing aids and Eric made it easy for me to do an online Hearing test and to adjust them on line after I received them. I would recommend that you contact Eric if you are indeed of a good pair of Hearing Aids.

I am so glad I chose this Company. They are just awesome. I can hear better now than when I was 18 years of age. Customer Service is just super. I would give them 10 stars if I could. A happy customer who can hear great again. Try them, you will not be sorry, Larry
