Thanks for the feedback James. Working with legacy software and installing the product keys more times than they are designed to be installed will cause them to stop activating. Once a software product is installed, it will not "Stop Working" unless you do something to make it stop working. DirectDeals guarantees the installation and activation of every software product we sell. I have checked your account and do not see any customer service issues being brought to our attention, so saying we provide poor customer service is a bit unfair. We would gladly take care of any issues you are having if you would just contact us. We would love to try to earn your business in the future.

Thank you for the feedback. We apologize for the issues you are having with our product delivery emails. Many of our download product emails contain product links that may have difficulty making it past email security settings sensitive to emails with product links or executable files. Fortunately, we were able to deliver your product each time you ordered. Whitelisting emails from DirectDeals in your security settings would stop this issue and, after doing so, would allow for seamless delivery of our delivery emails. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope we can earn your continued business. We appreciate the feedback and will continue to look for ways to improve our delivery system.
