Painful Experience
Each purchase I have made seems to be plagued with the absent of the software key. They say the sent it, but it's not in my spam or anywhere. Finally I do get it When they send a second time.

Many of our download product emails contain product links that may have difficulty making it past email security settings sensitive to emails with product links or executable files. Fortunately, we were able to deliver your product each time you ordered. Whitelisting emails from DirectDeals in your security settings would stop this issue and, after doing so, would allow for seamless delivery of our delivery emails.
