Excellent company to work with! I’ve purchased many Microsoft keys from them for various builds and upgrades. Had an issue today, called in, and they resolved it within five minutes by issuing a new key. Fantastic service and support—thank you!

UPDATE: Mr. Whitfield, thank you for the updated review. We stand ready to assist you with any support you might need on the purchased product and look forward helping you again should you need our services.
UPDATE: The customer admits that he received the email from the manufacturer. The product is Electronic Delivery so he simply needs to download the software from the provided URL links in the email from the manufacturer. We are happy to assist the customer with the installation of this product or with any technical support. This is offered as a free service by DirectDeals for every product sold. To date, the customer has not reached out to our support team for assistance. We stand ready to provide the customer with support.
This product was delivered to Mr. Whitfield on 9/22/2025 at 7:45 AM by the manufacturer. This is an ESD product that is manufacturer delivered and we placed the order with the manufacturer immediately upon Mr. Whitfield placing his order with DirectDeals. It is clearly stated on the product and our site that ESD-Manufacturer Delivered products can take up to 5 days for delivery depending upon how fast the manufacturer processes the order. At DirectDeals, we place the order with the distributor on the same day or the next business day if it is ordered after business hours. Mr. Whitfield has the license in his possession and we stand on our 26 years of business to prove we are not taking people's money without producing their products. Mr. Whitfield, please check your spam folder or give us a call, and we can resend your product if you didn't receive it in your gmail.com inbox for some reason.

NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM DIRECTDEALS.COM AGAIN
Update: I filed a dispute with PayPal and within hours, they issued me a full refund. I forwarded them the many, many emails to and from DirectDeals with Ankush, where he was just telling me I had to wait for a "solution", and meanwhile my Quicken subscription expired days ago. After I received the refund from PayPal, Ankush from Direct Deals emailed AND called me, telling me that I should wait for a solution, as he had told me. He also said in his email, and I quote, "Please note that we had already processed a full refund for your order from our side", which is absolutely hilarious because PayPal would have known if a refund had already been issued. And my final note on this matter: I find it a little unsettling that an American company owned by a disabled veteran would outsource customer service to another country. I was really surprised by that. As with any American company that does this, it is to pay customer service reps a lot less money. I just assumed an American veteran would hire American reps - my mistake. This does not mean that some people haven't had good experiences with this company, but for me personally, I think it was way too much DRAMA.
I purchased Quicken Starter on this website because it was about $1.50 less than other websites, like Walmart. This turned out to be a very BAD decision for me. I didn't realize that I had purchased a subscription that was labeled "for new user only" - and I've been using Quicken for many years and am not a new user. When I entered the activation code into Quicken, I got the message telling me it was a "new user only" code. I immediately contacted DirectDeals.com, and I also emailed the company that sent me the code, Synnex, asking for either a new code OR a refund. I sent both companies a screenshot of the code entered into Quicken and Quicken's response that I could not use it. I made the mistake admittedly, but if it's not possible to give me another code, please just give me a refund so I can buy a subscription at Walmart or Best Buy, which of course in hindsight, I should have done in the first place. I have received nothing but the runaround from DirectDeals.com. I have sent emails several times asking for status, they respond 6 - 8 hours later that they are "working on it". They told me to give them at least "1-2 business days", which I have - and still they tell me that I have to wait. Of course now, my Quicken subscription has expired and DirectDeals.com is in the wind. This is just so completely unacceptable. I made the purchase on PayPal so I'm just going to file a dispute with PayPal and hope they can get my money back. My advice to people is to just stick to companies you know, that you have purchased from in the past without issues. I know that sh*t happens now and again, but there's really no excuse for just not giving me a refund when I asked the first time. It shouldn't take several days to know if they can send me another code or not.

We are deeply disappointed by the tone and implications of your review, particularly the racially charged comment about our customer service staff. It is offensive and inappropriate to assume that because someone has an Indian name or accent, they are being exploited or underpaid. That assumption is not only false, it reflects a harmful and outdated bias that has no place in any legitimate customer concern.
DirectDeals is a fair and ethical business. We value every member of our global team and compensate all employees competitively, regardless of their country of origin or the language they speak. To insinuate otherwise based solely on an employee’s name or accent is discriminatory and unjustified.
Now, let’s be clear about the facts: the issue you encountered was 100% the result of your own error. You knowingly purchased a "new user" Quicken subscription. This was plainly disclosed in the product listing as well as the Product Title. Despite this, and despite your error falling outside the scope of our refund policy, we still issued you a full refund as a gesture of goodwill.
What we do not understand, and frankly do not accept, is how a business that went out of its way to correct your mistake — and absorbed the cost of your error — deserves to be publicly ridiculed and smeared. That is not feedback. That is retaliation.
We stand by our team, our integrity, and our commitment to doing what’s right — even when we don’t have to. But we will not stay silent in the face of prejudice or misinformation.

I was cautious at first
I was cautious at first. At my first order after making a payment my phone rang immediately. ??. DirectDeals support confirming your order of software license...? Yes, I responded. He confirmed some credentials and stated he would release it right away. Less than a Min later I had my order in my inbox. AWESOME!! More importantly it checked out and all is working.

A few years ago, I purchased new software from DirectDeals (MS Project Professional). It was substantially less expensive then buying from MicroSoft directly. I had a slight issue with the product key they sent - but it was quickly resolved and everything worked great. Fast forward to today, and I needed to download the software to a new laptop. I had all sorts of issues with MicroSoft (they have the worst customer service EVER). Via chat, I contacted DirectDeals and they sent me a new product code and link directly from their site that worked perfectly. Thank goodness.
I really appreciate that they stood behind their product and provided excellent customer service.

They helped my father install Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus. They even set up the Office Shortcuts for him.

Scam software site
Purchased $500 in software, never received it. If you want to order from them try calling their "24x7" support number first... no one ever answers it.

Mr. Jarvis, We stand ready to assist you with any technical or customer support you might need, but our numerous attempts to contact you and re-deliver your product have gone unanswered. We will let our 24 years of being in the IT business speak for itself. Being angry and leaving multiple negatives on multiple review sites without contacting us to resolve your issue is not the right way to go about handling your issue. If you didn't get your delivery email, you might want to check your spam folder, where nearly all of the "non-delivery" emails are found. Regards, DirectDeals Support
