I ordered a cream microwave they sent a turquoise one because they were out of stock of cream!! There wasn't even a turquoise one on their web site. Now I am struggling to get a refund, they are making it my problem. Without going into too deeply and getting my blood pressure up. Why should I have to wait 10 days for a refund?

I pre ordered the Hobbit part 2 for my son a week before release. So when he was left dissapointed when the postman didn't deliver on the day of release. On emailing Asda direct they emailed me back saying well if you don't want it then send it back when you receive it and you will be refunded. Great customer service there then - not!! I will not be using Asda for pre orders again and will stick to my usual supplier.
