I was mostly satisfied with the transaction. It was fast and complete. Only minor problem was the wheels were put on the rack with such force it bent the prongs supporting them. It took time, effort and purchase of some flex seal to finish repair satisfactorily.

Excellent experience. Needed an oven part ASAP as it broke just days before Thanksgiving. Ordered the same part from DB and from a local parts store in town. The local store's part did not work. They marked it up nearly 500% .. AND .. would not take it back !!!! The part from DB cost five times less, came the day they promised .. AND WOKED !!!!

Thank you for the fast delivery. The package had all the stuff you needed to install the blower. This blower is a lot quieter then the old one.
