This is the third one I have purchased, the plastic on the wires keep melting off don't know why but at least this one was cheaper price wise.

Found Direct Brand looking for a part for my 40 year old oven. Their site was a little hard to use finding a part. I found it finally and they had by far the best price and the best shipping price. Much lower than any other site I had looked at. Best of all they shipped within about 3 hours!. That's amazing. My oven works again. I'll shop at Direct Brand again.

The igniter is not a Laars OEM and can't be used.

Hi Christine, we do not claim that this is an OEM. Our website clearly states that it is a replacement igniter. We have not heard from you regarding this issue. If you can contact us on [email protected] we will arrange for this to be returned. Once inspected we will issue you a refund
