Haven't had the chance to use the actual product, but the rating is based off my customer service experience. After I placed my order I received my confirmation email, a couple days later I still had not received any tracking information. I attempted to contact customer service and sent an email, never heard back from anyone at all. Still no tracking information. A week later I got my package, and 2 days after that I received an email from Dior with my tracking information. I thought that being a higher end brand I would at least get a response from customer service with any kind of info, but no.

Beautiful bag beautiful unwrapping experience. Telephone Assistant and Representative for Christian Dior, Sixteen, helped me with several inquiries and was graciously patient and knowledgeable. Upon receiving the Dior Matte Black 2019 handbag and Twilly Scarf a few days after placing my order- I now consider this purchase my all-time favorite bag, in my wonderful bag collection. Thank you!⭐️
