Horrible customer service! I was sent the wrong shade and then forced to jump through hoops to get a return label. Sent photos 6 times to prove wrong shade sent even though I called as soon as received. Didn’t get a return label until 4 days later and have to wait in order for them to even refund my money even though I said several times I did not want a refund and only wanted to exchange for the correct shade. Told I have to wait 10 days for receipt and refund and then can order again. Needless to say I will not be ordering the correct shade due to this and it’s a shame because I can not purchase the correct shade in any store near me. So I will simply go with a different brand. Foundation is beautiful but I simply can not recommend anyone purchasing through the online site.

Dior has always been at the top for customer service and quality. Their 3D maximizer and mascara make my eyelashes look their very best. All of Dior’s products seem to be made with me in mind. I appreciate the way they go above and beyond — the samples, the packaging, and the free delivery. Thank you, Dior.

A+++ came quickly.

Easy to use website, good products and prices, nice that samples were included but one of my items was not included in the shipment. I had to send a picture of the products and packaging, which was clearly not damaged, and then I was informed they had to open a claim with UPS and it would be up to eight business days before I heard back from Dior. I could see if the package had been torn and an item may have fallen out, however, this was clearly a Dior issue in that an item just had not been placed in the package before shipment and I think it should have been shipped out immediately.

I received my order fast. It was very well wrapped up! I love all the products. I just wish to receive more samples to try new products.

Very happy with all the packaging everything smells and looks amazing. Products wear well and worth the money.
