Amazing packaging I just wish shipping was a little faster

Service was excellent but I was disappointed with the color of the lipstick . It looked different to color viewed on The pallet.

Doesn’t ship when they say they will. Waited over 2 weeks for this order

Have been using Dior’s skincare since 1980 ish, the best eye cream. Love all of Dior’s products wish they still have dolce a vita body’s products

Didn't receive confirmation email. Took a very long time to solve issue with customer service however service operator was very courteous. Package also took longer than expected to arrive.

Got the perfume as a gift and didn’t like the scent. I wanted to exchange the perfume for another scent (that was in the sample I recieved and I knew it was one that I would like) and customer service said that I could only return and not get the store credit. This isn’t fair because the perfume was a gift and it was not one that is sold in a lot of the Dior stores. For a brand that is not available at regular retail there should be a better policy for exchange. Over $300 was spent on one perfume and there are no stores that you can go to confirm it would have been a good scent for me. The perfume smelled mostly of alcohol.
