Love Dior beauty products. Twinkle lipstick I can only find on this site

Placed my order on the 8th of August. Recieved an order confirmation email and shipping confirmation email on the 14th with a tracking number that does not exist. Tried it multiple times on the USPS tracking site with no luck. Plus my card has been charged already and it's the 20th and still no product or update. This is my first and last order I will ever place with Dior US!

I'm happy with my experience. It took a while to receive the shipping confirmation but when I did, my order arrived the next day. The products are of course excellent. I liked the beautiful box my order came in and the samples, which I'd call travel size, rather than sample size. Would shop here again!

Love Dior products and website. Best foundations out there! There website is easy and I like that they give a lot of great choices of samples.

The web site was not user friendly, and quite obsolete and not easy to search at all.. Delivery time takes several days. I am a fan of Dior for decades, but honestly the site should be developed by the people familiar with the America market.
