Poor in that I only received 1 out of the 3 products that I ordered. I was notified of the one being out of stock but not the second. Now I will be inconvenienced to try to send the one back that I got because I don't want it if I don't have the other products. I must say the person I talked to in Customer Service was very helpful with my questions and got a response back to me in a short amount of time. Can't quite understand how the website allowed an order to be placed when the products weren't available?

My order was delivered to the wrong address. I still have not received the product I purchased, nor a replacement order.

Disappointed because a family needed this item before leaving the country, which paying for shipping end up been pointless...

Very easy to order, and always know I am receiving a quality product with great customer service. Wouldn't consider buying anywhere else.

I enjoyed ordering from Dior. I ordered the Diorshow plumping mascara both blue and purple. As always a superior mascara with pumping and plumping abilities. Love the packaging. Great for gifts.
