The transaction took for ever, money was taken out and returned, to be later on taken out again! The press powder came without a brush, never seen anything like it and I have use other products like Chanel! Costumer service is the worst I have ever experienced, no one returns your call or answer your phone. I don’t think Dior has a costumer service! Terrible, let’s see what the product does to my skin now!!!

Promo was advertised but could not get the promo online; called up a customer service officer to get the promo - was able to get it supposedly but got a call the next day from the same customer service officer to let me know that the promo has ended

Dior.com don’t validate promotions... I was going to get a mini spice blend and was not added to my order. I contacted customer service. I was told someone was going to call me back she didn’t have an answer since the promotions was going on when I made the purchase. No one call me back and I did not receive the mini perfume. Very bad customer service. Over the telephone and Chat at Dior.com

love the products,I would have liked more tracking info. Every time I checked my order status it said processing.
