dior said they would deliver my item in 7-10 business days but took three and it would have taken longer if I had not called to ask why my order was not delivering.

Love the product, don’t believe the customer service could be much worse. I ordered a product, paid extra for 2 day shipping and it still took a week. Called and the excuse was the warehouse was backed up. That’s fine, but if you know that, make a note of it on the shipping page. They did offer to cancel the order, but did not offer to refund the extra shipping charges. My wife is thrilled to have her perfume and I’m livid at the lack of customer service.

My order came with 1 missing item out of 11 items. The invoice included in the shipment has a mark indicating minus 1 but I have not received any follow-up about how a refund for the missing item will be taken care of.
