I LOVE Dior. They do everything right!!!! The beautiful box, the folded tissue paper that has been pleated and the beautiful satin ribbon. Then I take out the number one mascara in the WORLD!! What’s not to ❤️

there was too much packaging. a lovely white Dior box inside another box, inside a much larger box. there really isn't a need to use so much packaging and paper to deliver one nail polish. that said, the beautifully wrapped white Dior box was lovely. thank you.

I would like to have an option (at checkout) to choose less packaging for my order. I ordered just 2 nail polishes, but it arrived in a huge box with many boxes, bags and paper inside. Well, that was fancy and beautiful but not everybody needs it.

Beautiful presentation & Product as always.!!

My order was shipped to the addresses where I haven’t lived for about 5 years. Supposedly it was a glitch that had to do with using PayPal as a payment method. I have to wait now until Dior retrieves the misdelivered package before they will issue a refund. Will not be reordering the product...will shop elsewhere.

Ridiculous amount of packaging. There was nowhere on the website to mark that you wanted to opt out of their wasteful gift packaging. It is frustrating that I found a brow pencil and foundation that I like but will need to reconsider if I want to support this wastefulnes.

Just right. Comments include, "You smell lovely, delicious, wonderful...." All from women.?? What more does one want in a fragrance?
