I ordered a blush from Dior for the first time. The box arrived with two sample scents and no blush! I immediately reported this to Dior. Waiting to see if Dior will resolve this.

Only received 1 sample and picked out 2.

My package was returned because you did not use the complete address like Apt no. Without it it won't be delivered. I dont understand because I have ordered here before and this has not happened. I am really upset. This was suppose to be a gift.

My package came destroyed, I understand that it needs to be investigated however as a customer my money is tied up because I cannot get the refund so I can just go to Ulta to just buy mascara. I was also disappointed because my friend ordered the same item and received a beautiful makeup bag with her order as well.
