Very classy wrapping and Love the products!!!

This review is based on a particular product I recently purchased. The new Felt tip lip liner is not a good quality, and the color is very different from what’s shown, I will be contacting Dior for a return.

I was impressed with the whole package - i felt like I had been sent a wonderful present - So many little extra, unexpected goodies which were so beautifully packaged.

The online shopping experience with Dior was not good. I placed a wrong order by mistake on Friday afternoon and afterwards I talked to the customer service to cancel it. I was told I would receive an email confirmation for the cancelation. Some days later I still received the package and the return policy says I should pay for the return shipping charge. I called the customer service again and this time I was told because I cancelled the order after 3pm on Friday, which was too late and the operation team doesn't work then, neither on Saturday, so the package was still sent because the cancelation I made the dame day was not processed. Anyway, this is the first time I have such poor experience. I will use their product, however I am not going to do online purchase on dior website again.

Two weeks ago, I placed an online order for 2 bottles of nail polish in the 2019 Holiday Collection. I’ve placed orders with Dior before and never had any problems. Not this time. Seeing similar recent reviews, I’m not the only one experiencing the staggering incompetence described below. I never received an email acknowledgment. The order number did show up in my online profile, but when I clicked to get details, I got the message, “Dior.com is temporarily unavailable. We invite you to reconnect later.” The items I ordered appeared in my “Recently Viewed,” so I clicked there and got the message, “Our apologies, but we weren’t able to find the page you are looking for.” (These same messages have appeared for the last two weeks and are still there.) The ONLY thing Dior did correctly was to take and keep my money. I sent an email to “Customer Service” (and I use the term loosely). When I never received a reply, I called “Customer Service” and explained the various problems I was having. She told me,“Check your Spam folder” before she hung up on me. Later yet, I called “Customer Service” again. This person listened and saw the “not found” messages, but she was able to access the order itself. She said my order showed a “Shipped” status (news to me!), but that the UPS tracking number shown was an invalid number! She said she’d speak to their Tech Support and get back to me "within 24-48 hours.” Never happened. I don’t know what is going on at Dior right now. They willfully ignore problems with their online customer interface. There is no customer service, so there is no recourse for problems. I’ve had it. I will *NEVER* order from Dior again, nor will I buy any of their products from any other source. It’s a shame because this used to be a very good company.
